How can I perform a factory reset?

1. From the home screen press the Menu button.
2. Move the cursor to Settings and press the OK button.
3. Move the cursor to Phone settings and press the OK button.
4. Move the cursor to Restore factory and press the OK button.
5. Enter the phone password (N.B. the default password is 1234) and press the OK button.
